100 Men Who Cook – Dave and Brett Made Famous Toaster Dogs

Last night was the event called 100 Men Who Cook.  Dave Spencer and myself had ourselves a blast making toaster dogs... Mexican Style!

So a Mexican style hotdog is amazing if I say so myself.  I've had never had one... or heard of it, so I believe that Dave Spencer is a genius for thinking of this.

I have a toaster that cooks hotdogs.  It is specially made for this and the turnout was amazing.  Another turnout that was amazing was the turnout for 100 Men Who Cook.  100 Men with 100 different dishes that were amazing!  And then there are toaster dogs.

While Dave mixed up some queso, I cut some buns in half, made some hot dogs and only burnt my finger a few times on the crock pot.

People seemed to enjoy these things.  I mean hey who wouldn't like a hot dog with queso and jalapeno?  That was my favorite mixture.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out last night and supported the Cliff Hagan Boys and Girls Club.  After the evening wrapped up they had raised $81,000!  So amazing.
