92.5 WBKR GENERAL CONTEST RULES

1. In certain contests participants may need to be over 18 or 21 to qualify.
2. Prize winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
3. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged.
4. Contestants winning a prize valued at $50 or greater must wait 30 calendar days before winning a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Prizes of equal or greater value may be substituted.
6. Contest winners must reside within Kentucky, Indiana or Illinois.
7. Contest winners must claim prizes at the WBKR studios at 3301 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY between 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
8. Prizes must be claimed within thirty days of winning, otherwise prizes go back in the prize closet for future contests.
9. Prizes valued at $500 or more requires winner to supply WBKR their full social security number.
10. Because cancellations are beyond our control, WBKR and Regent Communications are not responsible for cancelled events and cannot replace tickets/prizes relating to such events.
11. Employees of Regent Communications, Inc., WBKR sponsors, their advertising agencies and any employees of other radio stations and their families are not eligible to participate in or win contests from WBKR.
12. WBKR reserves the right to be the final arbiter in any dispute over WBKR contests and may change the rules or discontinue any contest without notice.
