A Trip To The Fresh Market Yields The Best Snack Ever (For Now)

As I was driving home from facilitating an early morning class, I got a text from a friend asking if I wanted to ride with her to Evansville, to The Fresh Market. She was in search of paleo snacks, and me? I just wanted to see what it was like and I thought I might buy a little something, boy did I.

Let's be real, per the "I don't like water" blog, I'm not the healthiest person on the planet, but I do like the occasional trip to a fancy grocery store and I like to fantasize what it would be like to eat totally clean and, to see what kind of healthy snacks are out there. Oh there were plenty, but I chose these:

Double chocolate, BACON, and pretzel? I'm in! But what is Marich? It turns out Marich is a chocolate company out of California. Bless them!

Yes, white and regular chocolate covered, these suckers are delicious. I'll take these over rainbow carrots any day! Side note, before we left the store, my friend opened up this bag and handed me a freeze-dried piece of pineapple. I did not wince, I loved it too.
