Every February here at WKDQ, we ask our listeners to become Partners in Hope with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Some of our listeners give because they understand the heartache parents feel, some are just good people and then there are those who have known a child who has suffered from cancer. For them, giving to a place like St. Jude is a personal experience. No parent should have to watch their child suffer. No family should ever have to say goodbye to a person who has just begun experiencing life. No child should feel the hurt and fear that cancer evokes.

Two Evansville Police Cruisers Collide Overnight [Exclusive Footage]
Overnight, several EPD cruisers responded to a call involving a person being shot. Two of the cars simultaneously reached the corner of Governor and Sycamore but the cruiser that was supposed to yield, failed to stop at the intersection resulting in an accident.

At 9 a.m. Sarah Goines shared a photo of her daughter Courtney on Facebook. Courtney, a Castle High School student, did not return home from school yesterday. The missing teen as been found.

Senior District Executive of the Evansville Boy Scouts – Ryan Bieler – Charged with Child Pornography
Thirty-three-year-old Ryan Bieler, who resides in Vanderburgh County but is from Ireland has been charged with possessing child pornography, according to 14 WFIE. What makes this even more horrific is that Bieler most recently employed as Senior District Executive of Boy Scouts Buffalo Trace Council based in Evansville and includes five counties: Warrick, Spencer, Perry, Pike, and Dubois.
