Owensboro Catholic senior Rebecca Greenwell is currently ranked sixth in the nation among the 2013 recruiting class. Until Thursday, Greenwell had narrowed down her choices in the NCAA to two, Notre Dame and Duke. She had also previously visited with Vanderbilt, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and of course visits with in-state rivals, Louisville and Kentucky. However, Greenwell broke the news on Twitter via a jersey photo that she would be wearing a DUKE jersey next season.
I almost missed what would turn out to be one of the most unusual Wild Card games in Atlanta Friday night. Okay, I only missed the top of the 1st, but I NEVER miss a St. Louis Cardinals game. Tonight's one-game playoff was highlighted what would be Braves' super star Chipper Jones' last game and I'm glad he got to play at home one more time

Just in time for this Christmas (naturally) an "official sequel" is being released straight to DVD and Blu-Ray in a handy-dandy package with the original. It looks terrible.
Stalkers have different approaches when seeking the object of their affection. I'd say in this case, this guy may have been too late to the party. Miley Cyrus recently underwent another supposedly shocking makeover. She buzz-cut her hair and she dyed it platinum blonde, which I don't think is a big deal, but it has left critics befuddled.
This pretty cool, especially if you're missing Brooks & Dunn. Megan Pacella from Taste of Country has the story.
Keith Urban is back on the road, and he’s so excited to be playing music for his devoted fans that he’s pulling out all the stops. The ‘You Gonna Fly’ hitmaker recently wrapped up a series of shows in Canada and the Northeast, pausing in New Hampshire to join forces with fellow country crooner David Nail. The two stars wowed fans by putting on their own rendition of Brooks and Dunn‘s ‘Brand New Man.’
I'm guilty of doing this all the time, but it might not be a bad thing to try. Well, if you really want to be grossed out, if I have to sneeze, I usually sneeze into the inside of my shirt. Hey, at least it's not spreading germs! Read more about it from TSM Interactive's Mike Adams.
The most powerful celebrity couple??? It's true, click through for more from Taste of Country's Amy Sciarretto.
Former Idol winner Carrie Underwood still has something to say about whom she'd like to see on the judges' panel. Taste of Country's Alanna Conway has more.
