Jaclyn Graves

I was born in Jackson, TN, but grew up Milan, TN and Mayfield, KY. Ever since I can remember, I've loved the stage. I started singing in public at the age of six at the First Baptist Church in Milan. When I got my first solo, my Mom said, “I didn’t even know she liked to sing!” Ha! I've been blessed to perform on many stages in my life and have even opened for Jake Owen, Eric Church, Gary Allan, Justin Moore, Kellie Pickler, Rodney Atkins, Montgomery Gentry and more. One of the coolest things I've been able to do is to sing (in Latin!) at Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France. Such a beautiful place and an unforgettable experience. I am a proud graduate of Western Kentucky University (Go Tops!) and a lifelong member of Kappa Delta sorority. As most of you know, I'm s HUGE sports fan! I even worked with the WKU men’s basketball team for 3 ½ years while at Western. Being that I grew up in Tennessee, I'm a Vols fan and a Titans girl! After living in Owensboro for only two weeks, I met Chad. (I knew no one, so I wasn't picky, ha!) We, obviously became instant friends and he convinced me to work here at WBKR. I started here on The Morning Show with Chad and Moon, but after my sweet and sassy Carsyn was born, early mornings just weren't going to cut it! I love the Midday Show and talking with y'all day after day. As you know, my Carsyn is my world and I appreciate y'all letting my go on and on about her! I LOVE country music... from Waylon to the Randy Rogers Band, my baby-daddy Luke and the Florida Georgia Line! Being a part of our community thru WBKR is my favorite part of my job! Y'all are the best listeners ever!

Check Out The Band Perry’s New Video!

The Band Perry's latest single, "Chainsaw" has trees everywhere shakin' in their boots! (That's if trees had boots, of course!) Check out their video for the rockin' song. I loooove the theme and they have an important environmental message for all of us at the end.

Get outta the way tree-huggers, those suckers are comin' down, ha!

Watch Jac Perform “It’s Live”, a Chad Benefield Original [VIDEO]

Every now and then, we'll find an old video on the station iPad that we forgot about. Last week, I was cleaning out our storage and came across this video from our Denim and Diamonds St. Jude fundraiser concert from January.

Here's a live performance of me singing "It's Live". Chad wrote this one a few years back and we changed it up a bit last winter. You'll hear this song on my next album that hopefully, I'll record this summer.

Let us know what you think!

Carsyn’s Preschool Mother’s Day Gift Is Perfect! [PHOTO]

I love the projects and artwork Carsyn brings home from preschool. I love seeing her vision, even thou she normally has to explain to me what it is, ha! I was really excited to see what she's been working on at school for Mother's Day, because she has been talking about it for a while now.

Yesterday, after her Spring Musical at Settle, she couldn't wait to give her gift to me. Now, I love everything she gives me, but this gift was extra special. I love it!

I Got To Feed A Rhino! Meet Mechi! [VIDEO]

Thanks to our friends at Mesker Park Zoo in Evansville, several of us DJ's were treated to a behind-the-scenes tour of the park. One of my favorite things we were able to see and do was meet Mechi. She's a 3500 pound rhinoceros at the zoo and we had some major interaction with her! Carsyn was able to go along on the trip and to the surprise of all of us... we were able to feed her! What an experience, right?!?

Here's some video of Carsyn and I, along with Eric Cornish of WKDQ, Bobby G of WGBF and Ryan O'Bryan of KISSFM. We had a blast! Oh...none of us were prepared for how she'd take the food from our hands... SO cool!
