Jordan Winders is an Owensboro "transplant". Jordan moved to the Owensboro area 10 years ago from the Ft. Campbell area. Jordan has a passion for music in all forms, and even does a little performing from time to time. He has been around music since he was able to walk and decided to pursue a degree in Music Business from Kentucky Wesleyan College. While there he continued his passion of music, but also discovered new passions: production and radio. After spending about a year at the college radio station he came to WBKR part-time. Jordan also decided to pursue a graduate degree from Full Sail University in Entertainment Business which he completed in 2012. He is now full time with WBKR as the Production Director. When he's not working on production in the studio he can usually be found practicing the latest techniques in music and audio editing, catching a new movie, or watching his favorite football time, the New England Patriots.

Apollo High School’s Project 88
“Giving a little more” is something that most athletes and fitness experts know all about. They know that to get to that goal or to make the team, they have to push themselves. And I would be willing to bet many of us “non-athletes” can throw in a something on this topic as well...
Is That A Donkey Or A Big Dog?
I know what you are probably thinking "How can this guy not be able to tell the difference between a donkey and a dog?" Well I can tell the difference, but after spending the weekend helping my dad around the barn, I began to wonder. Let me introduce you to my dad's donkey named Charlie Brown (yes that is Charlie in the picture)...

How Do You Watch TV?
While watching TV this week, I noticed a lot of commercials saying something like “if you missed your favorite show you can watch it tomorrow on a tablet, smart phone or other device.” I didn’t pay much attention to them at first, but as the week went on I started to see more of these commercials (or at least it seemed like I did)...
Could It Finally Be Spring?
I am very excited about a text message I received this morning. I get weather alerts and commentary sent to my phone and I always enjoy reading the information, but the one this morning was especially interesting.
