I am the afternoon host and have been broadcasting over the WBKR airwaves since the Nixon administration. Just kidding. It was Roosevelt. Teddy. Anyway, it's been a blast watching the music industry and media and their relationship evolve over these many years. However, it's still nice to know that the basic themes of country themes are those around which today's artists still build their careers. They're just doing a little differently than they used to. And here's a kick in the head. I've long claimed that I am the only member of my family with ZERO artistic ability. Seriously, my idea of a portrait is a stick figure--round head, dots for eyes, half-circle for mouth--that sort of thing. But thanks to our constant work on the website, I've learned how to operate some of these editing websites and create things. Who knew?

When Kevin Ware saw that his broken tibia was sticking six inches out of his leg, he screamed and went into shock. Then he repeatedly implored his team to beat Duke. More than likely, his surprisingly acute presence of mind didn't include foreseeing an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman BECAUSE of that leg.
