Bags of Fruit Sold at Aldi and Walmart Being Recalled

A fruit recall is out for peaches, nectarines, and plums on sale at Aldi stores and at Walmart in Kentucky.

The recall is due to possible listeria monocytogenes contamination.

At Aldi, two-pound bags of Rio Duero fresh peaches, nectarines, and plums and in the recall. At Walmart, peaches in similar bulk, bag packaging is being recalled.

The company of origin Jac. Vandenberg, Inc. of Yonkers, New York.

No illnesses have been reported at this time.
