Best Kiss Cam Ever!

Twitter gal Monica Montgomery told us WEHT's Randy Moore had posted a funny video on his Twitter. It's is one of these Kiss-Cam recordings where at a public sports event, during a break in the action, a camera pans the crowd and settles on unsuspecting couples. When they see themselves on the big vision screen, they are supposed to kiss.

Well, in Portland, this guy must have missed the memo and he eventually gets the "kiss-off".  Best Kiss Cam Ever!
