Bitter Cold Weather Expected to Hit Tristate Later This Week

UGH!!  I realize it's November and we're getting closer and closer to the official start of winter.  But this is ridiculous.  The National Weather Service says we're about to get a very harsh preview.  Yep!  Bitter cold temperatures are expected to arrive later this week AND there's a chance of some snow.  Here's the latest forecast and a preview of just how cold our "highs" are going to be.

Wednesday Sunny, with a high near 42. North northwest wind 8 to 10 mph.
Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 28. North northwest wind around 8 mph.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 37. Northwest wind 8 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 22. Northwest wind 5 to 8 mph.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 36. Northwest wind 5 to 7 mph.
Friday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 23. North northwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 41. East wind 3 to 6 mph.
Saturday Night: A chance of snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 29. Light and variable wind becoming southwest around 5 mph after midnight.
Sunday: A chance of rain and snow. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 39. West wind 5 to 8 mph.
