Blake Shelton Still Shocked When Nominated

I thought this was strange to read, but Blake Shelton is actually still shocked when he gets nominated for anything when it comes to award shows.  Now when the CMA's are coming up right around the corner... it looks like he was shocked a little bit more than usual.  He got picked up for a few this time around.

So Blake says that he is impressed when he hears his name called out for a nomination.  This year at the CMA's he is up for Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, and Single of the Year with "Mine Would Be You".  How is that for the shock and awe factor being placed on your shoulders?

Blake began his career back in 2001, and he remembers looking back and watching these award ceremonies on television and thinking how awesome it would be to actually stand up there and get one of these things.  He said now that he is living it, it's unbelievable.  He also said that for nine years he didn't get one nomination, so now... it's still pretty unbelievable that his living such a dream!!
