Brandon's parents Cathy and Tommy Mullins donated $1,000 to provide two $500 scholarships in their son's memory. These scholarships are awarded to Apollo High School students who display qualities of perseverance and leadership while overcoming significant obstacles in life as he/she pursues successful educational and/or career goals.
