BREAKING NEW: Livermore, Ky School Put on Lockdown

This afternoon around 2:30, we received a call from a listener looking for information about a possible lockdown at Livermore Elementary School. We did some investigating, called the McLean County Dispatch and found out a little more about the situation.

A pursuit from Hopkins County continued into Mclean County, and the suspects vehicle was found abandoned near the school. Authorities were still looking for the suspect as of our call to dispatch around 2:40pm.

Around 2:50pm, we spoke with Eyewitness News/Local 7 and they had contacted the school. As of their contact with the School's principal, they were told that things were "back to normal".
