One of the most beloved First Lady's of all time has passed away from congestive heart failure at the age of 94.

She was the first lady from 1981 to 1989 and was such an influence on her husband and the Presidency. Ronald and Nancy Reagan married in March of 1952 and it was an amazing love story. She was hospitalized many times over the last decade, but still attended many functions and continued her charity work. This video is a great testament of her life.
