It's been eleven years since these teams have met at mid court.  Back in 2003, when this took place, Louisville took the win, and the Buckeyes had to go back to Columbus with a notch in the "L" column. Here in 2014 we see it again.... AND I'M NERVOUS! This is my team going up against half of your all's team!  AGGHH!

So the Buckeyes share the same record as the Cardinals, winning five of five so far, and seeing how the Cardinals have been beating their opponents lately, I'm getting some sweaty palms.  Something that does ease my mind, though, is the fact the Buckeyes have been putting up some serious points as well.  A few days ago, they re-enacted the War of 1812 against James Madison 73-56, made chunky soup out of Campbell 91-64, and back on the 23rd they tore the hearts out of... well, Sacred Heart... final... 106-48.

Now when you talk about Louisville... close games here and minor blowouts there.  I absolutely expect the Cards to be firing on all cylinders tonight, despite them not playing a game since the 26th.  But back on that day, they beat down on Cleveland State 45-33 and now almost a week later, it's time for another Ohio team.  Let's do it.

Impressive numbers from both teams, but Ohio State hasn't really played anyone.  I'll be the first to admit that.  I might be the very first Ohio State fan that has officially spoken the truest word of all; yes, I get it = Ohio State plays middle school teams.  Tonight is their first real game of the season, and having said that, I think this is going to be a fantastic game.  Someone is walking away with an "L" and someone goes to 6-0 on the season.  You know who I'm going for.... best of luck to both sides.

And Go Buckeyes!
