Candlelight Vigil to Be Held in Honor of Local Domestic Violence Victims – Kathleen Goffinet Rachel – Lomax and Latonya McNary
On Saturday, June 9, 2012 Kathleen (Katie) Jones Goffinet of Evansville, IN, was killed by her husband in a senseless act of domestic violence. Her high school friend and Townsquare Media DJ, wrote a moving piece about his experiences with Katie. Today, her aunt Sherry, another Townsquare employee asked us to pass along the following information about a candlelight vigil that is being held by the Evansville prosecutor's office.
Please join friends, family and community members in a candlelight vigil for all three victims: Katie, Rachel Lomax and Latonya McNary Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 7:30 PM in front of the Four Freedoms Monument.
