Carrie Underwood Falls and Goes Boom – Injures Herself on Stage

Nashville Kat told us this morning that Carrie Underwood fell on her backside last night in a show in Texas. Apparently, the five-inch stiletto she sported caught in the floor-length shirt she wore. Suddenly, she went down. A fan video recording the concert captured the moment here. Carrie didn't miss a note during the show but when she couldn't feel her toes, she went to a doctor afterwards. She was treated for bruises and is wearing a splint boot today. She has a break in her tour now so she can recuperate at home. Get better Carrie!
