This may sound rather random.  But I have two confessions of love to make.  #1- I love my CNN app.  #2- I love my cat, Oprah.  But on Saturday morning, a story on my CNN app  made me look at my cat Oprah and "Hmmmmm???"  Yes, I stumbled across a story about a Toledo, Ohio woman who says that her cat licked her and then she went blind in one eye. Is this possible?  Is Cat Scratch Fever a real thing?  Holy Furballs, Batman (or Catman)!  It appears so.

Meet Janese Walters.  This is the woman who is now blind in her left eye . . . quite possible because of her cat!

Seriously?  WTH?  I thought Cat Scratch Fever was just a Ted Nugent song.  But no.  It's a real disease with real symptoms and affects.  If you'd like to read more about Cat Scratch Disease, CLICK HERE!

But warning.  You're probably not going to look at your little furball the same way.  In fact, I'm going to have to break the news to Oprah soon.  We're no longer going to playing that fun little game where she bites my hand like it's the head of a mouse.
