While I am drastically cutting back on my "sweets" intake for 2012, one weakness remains. And, actually, I can't really call it a weakness because it just provides me far too much joy. It's chocolate milk.

My birthday was Saturday, and for years now, I've told everyone I want nothing for my birthday. Most are happy to comply. Most, that is, except for my mother who told me upon hearing that request, "That decision is not up to you." So she still gets me a birthday gift. You know moms. When I was watching Top Chef Texas this week, I was a little tired. I had already turned out all the lights and the gleaming of the TV was all that was left.
