I've seen a lot of great pictures from the Garth Brooks concerts from his recent 4-show run in Louisville, but I'd have to say that Mickey Phernetton had the best seat in the house. Mickey, a 19 year old from Evansville, got a very special performance from "her hero" during sound check before his Friday shows.

I just can't believe that I was not invited to this. Reese Witherspoon, my long-lost bestie, celebrated her 40th birthday over the weekend in LA and no one even told me about it! Ugh, rude. Anyway, country superstar Keith Urban wasn't only invited, but he even entertained the guests! And, Reese joined him on stage for a country classic... Check it out!

CMT's "Crossroads" always does a great job pairing country acts with others from outside genres and it's time for Luke Bryan to join in on the fun. Luke announced over the weekend the artist that would be joining him on the "Crossroads" show.

CMT Crossroads premiered in 2002 and offered fans the chance to see country stars mix it up musically with some of their favorite artists from the worlds pop, rock, r&b and more.

In case you missed it, The Voice alum Jake Worthington visited my Midday Show Monday morning. He is a true Southern gentleman, straight out of Texas and was so much fun in the studio! Jake has such a traditional country sound and I think you'll love his new single, "Just Keep Falling In Love".

From the first time I listened to Chris Stapleton's Traveller record, "Fire Away" has been one of my favorites. It even made it onto my "Favorite Love Songs For Slow-Dancing" blog a few weeks back.
