CMA Awards

This past year in country music was a year of big personalities and a year with a lot of new faces stealing the spotlight. I predict one of the new kids will win one of the night's biggest awards, let's get to it!

Perhaps the biggest country music story of the year was the Blake Shelton/Miranda Lambert divorce. With that in mind, look what happens on November 4th.

The 49th Annual CMA Awards are set for November 4th on ABC and it's sure to be another great show with Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley back for another year of hosting. This morning Kelsea Ballerini and Steven Tyler announced the full list of nominees. Check out the lucky nominees...

Little Big Town turned in an intimate, candlelit performance of the ruminative but uplifting ballad 'Sober' at the 2013 CMA Awards on Nov. 6.

Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood provided at least three "Oh no they didn't!" moments during their opening monologue at the 2013 CMA Awards on Wednesday (Nov. 6). Zac Brown, Luke Bryan, Taylor Swift, Julianne Hough, Obamacare, Keith Urban, 'Duck Dynasty' and the 'evil' Kenny Rogers were all targets. Almost everyone took the jabs with a smile.

Hip Hip Hooray. The Yellow Bird takes the New Artist of the year. You voted for Kacey Musgraves and you were Right! Congratulations KM!!

Tim McGraw and Taylor Swift's HIGHWAY DON'T CARE is named Video of the Year. That's cool - you voted for it!!
