Kristen Kelly, who is tearing up the chart with "He Loves to Make Me Cry," has just joined the cast of the 2013 Big O Music Fest and will appear with Jake Owen, Justin Moore, Love & Theft, Colt Ford, Lo Cash Cowboys and Jaclyn Graves in Owensboro.
