November 7, 2012 Indianapolis Colts Head Coach Chuck Pagano announced at the beginning of the season that he had been diagnosed with leukemia and would be seeking treatment immediately to battle the disease. The Colts organization has been very vocal about their support of their head coach throughout the season so far and continue to do so.

They needed a Marilyn Monroe look-a-like to deliver a very special, breathy birthday song to Brad. And Natasha delivered. But, as the Opry proved, looks can be VERY deceiving. WATCH THIS!
November 5, 2012 With Election Day being tomorrow, anything and everything about politics is being posted on Facebook. (If you're like me, you're ready for it to go away!) I was scanning my news feed recently, when a friend of mine from Atlanta posted a picture of his "I voted" sticker. Well, wouldn't you know that it was the cutest little peach sticker I've ever seen! Yeah, I was officially jealous!
November 2, 2012 I always make fun of Dave Spencer anytime he blogs about gout, his colonoscopy or any other ailment that big hypochondriac thinks he has. But today, I am having surgery to repair an inguinal hernia. Now, I am not going to lie. I am a horrible patient. I got this thing a year ago when I flew to Fort Lauderdale for a cruise. Apparently my suitcase weighed about 400 pounds and it caused all my man parts to rupture. LOL! I was trying to live with it, but the pain has gotten out of control and today I am doing something about it. And it goes a little something like this . . .

October 30, 2012 Last Friday, when I was broadcasting live at Trunnell's Farm Market, it was about 48 degrees outside and it was raining . . . miserably! So, I decided to liven things up a little bit. One of the attractions at Trunnell's Family Fun Acre is a giant, hillside slide! And, to me, in the rain, it looked like a giant Slip 'N' Slide! Yep! I let er rip! And we have the video to prove it. WATCH!! I am idiot.
October 26, 2012 Sometimes, as adults, we tend to allow ourselves to get reaaaaly stressed out. We have a tendency to let the little things in life bring us down and ruin our day. Then, we end up on some form of furniture... a nice couch talking to a therapist or a massage table trying to relax. Here recently, I have found the BEST (and cheapest) therapy you can find.

They were leading the San Francisco Giants in the National League Championship Series three games to one, when the unthinkable happened. The Cards quit connecting with the bat and the Giants reeled off three straight games to clinch their second National League title in three years. Kizzy called The WBKR Waking Crew this morning quite upset! In her words, there is apparently ANOTHER way to cook a bird! LISTEN!!
