Chris Janson landed on the country music map with a loud BOOM this summer with this huge #1 smash "Buy Me a Boat." But that wasn't the song requested by a Levine Children's Hospital patient during Chris' recent visit to Seacrest Studios in Charlotte, North Carolina.

A guest of the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, Janson did perform his huge hit along with one he wrote for Tim McGraw, "Truck Yeah," but the patient in question, whose name is also Ryan, wanted to hear an earlier Chris Janson release called "Better I Don't."

So Chris started singing and then this happened:
