Road Closure on KY 2830 in Daviess County Starting March 17th

According to Keith Todd, Public Information Officer of District One & Two, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet:

A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close a section of KY 2830 in Daviess County starting Monday, March 17, 2017, as part of ongoing construction along the US 60 Extension Project at Owensboro.

KY 2830 will be closed to through traffic from Hawes Boulevard to the New US 60 Underpass, a distance of about 2/10ths of a mile.

This closure of KY 2830 will allow the contractor to start construction on connections to the New US 60 Extension in this area.

Motorists who regularly travel this section of KY 2830 should make advance alternate travel plans.
