Coach Cal and the Wildcats Join Governor Steve Beshear for a Skype Message to Kentucky Guardsmen [VIDEO]

I remember watching the NCAA Basketball Championship in 2012 when Kentucky won the title and seeing a shot of our troops overseas also watching the game.

With the 'Cats having, arguably, the largest fan base of any college basketball team, it comes as no surprise that UK would have its fans all over the world.

At the beginning of the last two season, teams have traveled to American bases in Germany and South Korea for games. I think it would make perfect sense if Kentucky were to do that. There would be "butts in seats" as they say.

Anyway, it was nice to run across this video of Coach John Calipari and the team joining Governor Steve Beshear and Maj. General Edward Tonini for a message sent to Kentucky Guardsmen serving abroad.
