The Owensboro Convention Center will be featuring Cork and Cuisine on Thursday, September 18 at 6 p.m. in the West Ballroom.

You can enjoy an elaborate selection of imported and domestic cheeses, seasonal fresh fruits and an array of fine crackers and breads.  Also enjoy poached flounder, stuffed with crab and served with a lemon caper butter sauce, potato puree and asparagus.  Tender braised beef in the style of burgundy, served with braised carrots, and enjoy special souvenir wine gift giveaways.

Presentations will be conducted by Executive Chef Kyle Kellog and Coastal Wine and Spirits Expert Sommelier.
