After Monday's workout with Corey Gant at the Y, I was feeling terrific. I always do after a workout. It's just that I hadn't worked out like that in a few years. Well, yesterday and today, I've been reminded what it's like when you get back into a workout routine, especially one like that.

Suddenly, I became a really old man. Let's just say sitting down and standing up have been quite a chore.

It's all good. I know there's no damage and that the more I do this, the less this will happen. I wondered if I'd even be able to do some of the stuff today that I learned on Monday.

But I need to do it because that will aid in the process of becoming accustomed to it and my strength will build. But, for now, if I drop anything on the floor, that's where it stays.
