Daviess County High School Presents Shrek: The Musical [Video]

This weekend, the Daviess County High School musical theatre department will take on one of the biggest endeavors in the history of the school.  They're presenting Shrek: The Musical!  Earlier this week, I popped into rehearsal and rolled tape as some of the show's biggest storybook characters were singing "The Story of My Life."  Check this out!  It's a tasty preview of what you can expect when the show opens Thursday night!

You can catch Shrek: The Musical Thursday at 7pm at Daviess County High School.  There are additional performances Friday at 7pm, Saturday at 2pm, then again Saturday evening at 7.

Adult tickets are $15.  Children and students get in for $8!

And, stay tuned to The WBKR Waking Crew.  Members of the cast will be with us Thursday morning in the 7am hour to chat about the show.  And, who knows?  Maybe they'll even sing for us!
