There's been horrible, horrible news coming out of Scottsville, Kentucky the last 18-24 hours. The body of a little girl was found in a creek behind Allen County High School Saturday night following a pee wee football game.

7-year-old Gabriella Doolin was at the game with her mother.

At 7:40PM last evening, the girl's mother called the Kentucky State Police to report that her daughter was missing. Twenty minutes later, the child was found in a wooded area behind the high school, in a creek.

An autopsy was performed but the results have not been revealed. Kentucky State Police are handling this as a homicide.

Allen County Sheriff Jeff Cooke posted this message on his personal Facebook page:

I want to thank our community for all the help and support you are giving and have given to the Doolin family and law...
