How many different ways can you state the obvious? So far, I've seen three. One thing that all agree on is this: Anthony Davis is entering the NBA Draft. In other news, the sun rose this morning.

Yes, regardless of how many stories you will read pertaining to draft decisions by Kentucky's underclassmen, the one constant is Anthony Davis. He's leaving. Outta here! See ya! Bags are packed! Shoppin' for the Bentley. That sort of thing.

There isn't a diehard blue-bleeding member of Big Blue Nation who will raise a unibrow over that news. Good Lord, the kid was playing NBA ball all season. He was just doing it in the NCAA. So, it's goodbye A.D.

But it's also peace out to Terrence Jones who tossed his hat in the ring Monday. No surprise there. After passing on the pros a year ago when it was believed he would have been a first rounder, AND after winning the national championship that he came back to win, it's hardly a shocker that Jones is headed to the League.

But wait, what's that I hear? Could it be the sounds of Marquis Teague meeting with his financial advisor to discuss his first NBA paycheck? Why, yes, I believe it is. Yep, Teague has also pulled the trigger.

Now, all that remains are decisions by Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Doron Lamb. Here's the funny thing: We've seen all these stories about these declarations. Yet, there also exists a piece about a press conference that's happening Tuesday afternoon. And it is during this press conference that these guys will officially make their NBA decisions known. So, what are we to believe? Here's what I will choose to believe--it's just easier. Davis, Jones, Teague, Kidd-Gilchrist, and Lamb are all history.

Whether there are writers who think they know what's what now or not, those kids are leaving, as far as I'm concerned. Who knows, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised...NOT! No, seriously, here's what I know: we'll know everything this afternoon at 1PM CST. Here's what I guess: what we'll know is likely to be everything we expected. See how easy that was?
