Massive flooding from rains that began Christmas Day in Missouri and Illinois are finally beginning to retreat, but the devastation and the clean up are just beginning and will continue for a while. 25 people lost their lives in the historic flood. A country band from McClure, Illinois have shared a song and video reflecting the devastation. It's powerful. Here's Evan Webb And The Rural Route Ramblers with "Dry Up or Drown".

Located on the banks of the Mississippi, McClure has a population of 400. Although the band's song and moving video are slowing going viral, the guys took the time to help out their flood-ridden community by sandbagging.

Video from the levee south of East Cape. A lot of river on one side and a lot of ground to keep the river out of on the other. Sand bagging sand boils this morning with some of Illinois' finest.
