Evansville’s Ford Center Celebrates First Anniversary

Has it been a year, already? The Ford Center in Evansville will be celebrating its first anniversary this weekend. The party is on and scheduled for Sunday afternoon from 1PM until 4PM.

It is completely free and open to the public, so come join us for a big celebration! There will be gifts for the first 3,000 people through the door.

And bring your appetite and dive headfirst into free hotdogs, popcorn, and soda. And, of course, CAKE. Can't have a birthday without it!

Plus, University of Evansville basketball players will be on hand along with the Evansville Icemen hockey team. AND, you'll be able to "Skate where the Icemen skate!" with a free open skate from 2PM until 3:30PM.

Please bring your own skates, if possible, as only a limited number of skates will be available courtesy of Swonder Ice Arena.

It's gonna be a blast this Sunday as we all join in the celebration of the first anniversary of the Ford Center in downtown Evansville!
