Balloons Over the Garden is rescheduled with Balloon activity Fri Aug 28- Full Balloon rides by reservations. Sat Aug 29- 5:30am to 9:30am tethered rides. At 4-6pm children's activities (face paint, cold air balloon walk, inflatable, crafts and Food court), Balloonist arrive 6pm tethered Balloon rides begin at 6:30pm.
