On November 14th 2015 at 9AM, Twin Lakes Home Health along with Dr. Ryan Duvall and his staff will host a Healthy Living 5K at Grayson County High School. The cost is $15.00 before October 1st and $20.00 after, registration ends on November 10th. Children 13 and under run for free. Registration forms can be picked up at Twin Lakes Home Health Office at 910 Wallace Avenue in Leitchfield KY or at Big Clifty Medical Center in Big Clifty KY. Payments must be cash, we apologize for any inconvinience, and all proceeds will benefit the Grayson County Senior Center.
