Five Owensboro Residents To Be Seat Fillers at CMT Music Awards [Photos]

Katie Cecil of Owensboro has sat next to some of the biggest country music stars in the world.  And she's done it at some of the biggest awards shows in the world . . . and she's been on TV doing it!  Over the last couple of years, Katie has served as a "seat filler" at the CMA Music Awards and the CMT Music Awards.  And, tonight, she'll be at it again.  The CMT Music Awards are live at Bridgestone Arena and Katie, along with her momma and three of her friends, will be rubbing elbows with some of the superstars of country.  Here are some pics of Katie in action at previous awards shows.
