Funeral Arrangements for Sgt. Michael Cable Have Been Set

WBKR has received word that the body of Sgt. Michael Cable of Philpot--who was killed last week while serving in Afghanistan--will be flown into Owensboro Thursday morning at 8:35.

The procession will be led by Rolling Thunder, Legion Riders, and other veterans groups. The procession will come to a stop at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home.

The procession will come up Tamarack Road, turn left onto Frederica, then continue to Parrish Avenue where it will turn left. The procession will then move down Locust Street to Haley McGinnis.

Visitation for Sgt. Cable will be Friday from 2PM-8PM and Saturday from 10AM-1PM. The funeral will begin at 1PM Saturday.

Sgt. Cable will be laid to rest in Rose Hill Cemetery on Old Hartford Road.
