As we told you on the WBKR Waking Crew this morning, George Strait bade farewell to Nashville Friday night. The superstar is not retiring but he is hanging up his touring hat. He sang a ton of tunes, including an obscure cut -- 'Blame it on Mexico' --from his first album in 1981. No way could he sing 60 #1's.

Being in Nashville everyone was eager to see who would show up and sing with him.

Guess who?

Eric came out without his trademark cap but did have the sunglasses. He joined George on 'Cowboys Like Us' and fellow CMA Entertainer of the Year (George has won it in three different decades!) Kenny Chesney sang 'Amarillo by Morning" with King George.
