George Strait the Genius – Let it Go

Taste of Country said it best.  They basically said that if you think this is a Disney cover you are wrong.  But talk about the YouTube hits he will get when all of five year old Frozen fans want to hear "let it go" and instead of Elsa popping up on the top of the list, it's the King... George Strait.

When you hear lyrics like - “Let it go, sometimes you gotta let it go / Let it all wash on under the bridge, blow it a kiss / Give it a rest ‘cause it is what it is.”  It sort of sends the same message as the Disney tune.

George is expected to perform his new song at the 50th Annual ACM Awards on April 19th and after some extreme research... I only found one video of the song that was taken down.  IT'S NOT RELEASED YET.

However I did get a chance to hear a little snip of it and it's going to be awesome.  Just to give you a preview it's sort of mid tempo and is much different than his reminisce track "I got a car" released in late 2013.

It's going to be a fantastic song!!!
