Mayor Pro-Tem Pam Smith-Wright conceived this plan a few weeks ago and it all starts tomorrow and continues for two weeks. August 5-19 is “Pay it Forward Owensboro”, a time for a random act of kindness but this one has a twist.If you are the recipient of a random act of kindness, please let everyone know by calling the Owensboro Action Line at 270-687-4444 and share with us all what happened.
