"For those of you that think gospel music has gone too far.  You think we got too radical with our message?  Well I got news for you , you ain't heard nothin yet.  And if you don't know . . . now you know. Glory, Glory!"  That's the opening line from my favorite Kirk Franklin song ever.  And, glory glory,  the gospel-music legend is coming to The Ford Center in Evansville.  I got an email about the show today and was immediately on YouTube pulling up the video for "Stomp."  Love this song!  Check it out!

Love, love, love it!  Kirk Franklin actually charted that song on the Billboard chart.  You don't see a lot of gospel music-flavored song actually breaking onto mainstream radio, but that song did.   In fact, it reached #52 on the Billboard Hot 100, and reached #1 on the Billboard R&B chart.  And I am certain he'll be laying that song out at The Ford Center in Evansville when he plays there in August.

Here are the full details about the show and ticket prices . . .
