Governor Steve Beshear Issues Statement About Fallen Kentucky State Trooper

The horribly sad news that Kentucky State Trooper Joseph Ponder had been killed in the line of duty was what many of us learned as we started our days. Just awful.

Governor Steve Beshear has issued a statement on the death of Trooper Ponder, and Kentucky State Police posted in on their Facebook page earlier today:
