Fans were hovering around Bridgestone Arena Tuesday evening as I departed the Ryman Auditorium after my live broadcast. Why, might you ask? To, perhaps, catch a glimpse of their favorite stars. It was the last night of CMA Award rehearsal.

Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley, Florida Georgia Line, Zac Brown Band, and many, many more huge country stars have been tabbed to perform on the show...including Keith Urban & Miranda Lambert (so we know we're going to hear "We Were Us"), Lady Antebellum ("Compass"), and Jason Aldean ("Night Train").

While you'll get to see them all tomorrow night decked out in snazzy threads, now you can get a load of Urban, Lambert, Lady A, and Aldean perfecting their craft in street clothes.

Frankly, I think the CMA Awards would be cool in a "casual Wednesday" atmosphere, but they didn't ask me. And Jaclyn would pass out.

If you can't catch the CMAs on TV, listen to the broadcast on WBKR tonight. Check back here at wbkr.com for a stream of reports from the scene.
