Hey Owensboroans, are you ready for any meal, any time? Well, Owensboro's Brandon Standiford who, with his father-in-law Terry Wingfield, own Huddle House restaurants in Central City, Scottsville, and Leitchfield, is bringing a franchise to town.

Huddle House was founded back in 1964 with the mission statement of serving freshly prepared, quality home-style food in a friendly, community environment.

And beginning in early 2017, Huddle House will take up residence at 3248 Mount Moriah Drive in Owensboro.

Standiford opened his first one in 2012 in Central City and has opened a new one each year since.

Wingfield, Standiford's partner, is a 30-year veteran of the hotel industry and they've recently acquired Owensboro's Country Inn and Suites,

It will soon become Kentucky's fourth Wingfield Inn and Suites.

In the meantime, we can all look forward to the rich tradition that began more than 50 years ago, when Huddle House opens for business next year.
