Remember Tomorrowland? It was--and maybe IS; I haven't been there in 30 years--the section of Disney World that featured Space Mountain but also a bunch of freebie rides that didn't require an E ticket or a C ticket or an A ticket, whatever.

I loved it.

And, as was typical of the early-to-mid 70s, its vision of the future was replete with lots or orange and blue-green and really hasn't panned out.

None of that means I can't wait to see Tomorrowland in May of 2015.

Now, I'll go on record as saying I doubt it will be as big a hit as the LAST original movie--or moVIES, I guess--inspired by the Magic Kingdom.

Familiar with a little franchise called Pirates of the Caribbean?

But, this movie does look exciting, whatever it ends up being. Kudos to whomever constructed that incredibly compelling trailer.

As for the one below, well it's not as intriguing as the one above, but that's to be expected since The Avengers: Age of Ultron is a sequel to the second biggest film of all time. We're already familiar with the players.

Really, there's nothing surprising here. But as a former comic book nerd whose love for The Avengers magazines was second only to all things Spider-man, I'm digging it...AND I'm about to watch it again.

Can't wait til next May. It's going to be a busy month for me.

Geez, I wonder how much money THIS one will make.
