Suppose you're driving through a neighborhood and you come to a stop sign and, like everyone else in the free world, you stop...only to be accosted by an ax-wielding masked man running up to you car.
This actually happened in Louisville.
And, if this somebody's idea of a Halloween prank, time to think again.
I'm no expert, but approaching someone with an ax while wearing a very Jason-esque hockey mask is PROBABLY against the law.
And, during a time when the whole country is a little on edge for a variety of reasons--not the least of which is a series of creepy clown sightings, I'd call it pretty stupid, too.
