Incoming Storm’s Bark Worse Than Its Bite…But It Was Really Cool [VIDEO]

At press time, we are under a severe thunderstorm watch. We've also had a few warnings issued in the tri-state today. And there could be more to come.

Earlier this afternoon, we all rushed outside as the skies darkened and the winds picked up. Black clouds surrounded the WBKR studios and we thought we were in for it.

However, that particular weather system just gave Owensboro rain (much-needed, of course) and then went away. But the run-up to the shower was pretty cool.

So, naturally, I whipped out the camera.
