It’s National Cream Filled Donuts Day!

The sun is shining and it's National Cream Filled Donut Day!  Prepare your taste buds and your tummies.  Today in the station we celebrated along with the rest of the world in our own special way!  Chad and I hosted our very first "National Cream Filled Donut Relay" live on air and the road.

Listeners were asked to call in with their location and Chad challenged me to deliver six half dozen donuts to six lucky winners in Owensboro.  The catch...my mission had to be completed in less than two hours.

Chad sent me all over God's creation to Kroger on Starlite, DCPS Transportation Department, NAPA Auto Parts, US Bank Home Mortgage, Random Strangers, and Champion Ford.

I proved what Chad thought to be an impossible mission was indeed possible with skilled driving, yummy donuts, and a bright smile on my face.  Even when he threw a twist in the race I still brought my A game!
