Jill Biden to Deliver Speech at OCTC

This is pretty neat. Dr. Jill Biden, wife Vice President Joe Biden will be in Owensboro May 13.
She will give the commencement speech at Owensboro Community and Technical College.
Pretty cool, huh?
Now she was just in the area back in April. Dr. Biden and first lady Michelle Obama visited Fort Campbell to announce a new Veterans Employment Center.
